Section Access when loading data using REST Connections

I am new to Qlik Sense, and looking for help to set-up Section Access to restrict/filter the records Users can view based on the category levels they belong to. The important point is that REST Connections are used for connecting to the User permissions View, and also the actual data which is again a View has this column 'category level', this is also connected using REST Connection.

User permissions View REST Connection has

"ACCESS",

    "USERID",

    REDUCTION

Data View REST Connection has CategoryLevel column which should be used for reduction, and 11 other columns.

For this scenario, can I please get some examples of the script for implementing Section Access, loading the user permissions and the actual data from the REST Connections.
