I have many users, but only 10 licenses, I have already allocated the licenses to 10 different users in License management => Professional access allocations. But in Professional access rules, there is a rule to allow all users like 'fra*' to have professional access, like the pic under.
but then the problem is, the users who are like 'fra*' but not in the professional access allocation list can only see the apps in everyone, but when they try to open it, error pops up and said that they dont have access to qlik sense.
anybody knows why?
Hi there
If you only have 10 licenses it means that only 10 users will be able to access the apps. No license = no accessing apps. Your rule (if it is set up correctly) should allocate licenses automatically, but only if there are licenses available. If you have already allocated all 10 licenses then there are no more for your rule to allocate. If you want more than 10 users to be able to access the apps then you need to have more than 10 licenses.
Hope this helps.
