Why do I get "Access Denied" when I try to access an app that I have rights to?

Hi, I am new to Qlik Sense.

I have logged on using the admin account and assigned my (not the admin account) a token and all of the admin roles.

When I click on an app that is a stream I am part of, I get "Error Occured: Access Denied"

Any ideas?

Dear Adam,

Do you have section access configured on your Qlik Sense App?

Had you tried to close your browser and see if the user logged has the same name as you configured?

"domain\user" must be configured and the same even login page.

On this stream also check did you configure proper user name for the app.

YOu might have applied section access to that particular app.

Make sure that you have added your Id in that list without any spelling Mistake.

Also Everything should be in UpperCase

It was because there was section access implemented which my user ID was not included.
