changing color of chart title

I am trying to make my dashboard more aesthetically appealing. I want to change the font:color of my chart title. Is there any out of the box function in Qlik Sense Desktop to manage this? I have downloaded an extension but having trouble with the css and it does not take any syntax I'v tried. 

My qlik sense version is 09/2018 (version 12.36.1)

right click on the titlesearch and edit the RGB attribute of titleVoila!

it can,t be saved. If we close and reopen the app then it will be normal with default colors

You should create a custom theme and import it to the sense environment.
