I am receiving following error while applying section access.

The message seems quite clear in this case - it appears the user running the app is not in your Section Access list. This can be either because that user is missing from the list, or because something is wrong with your Section Access syntax and as a result users aren't getting fed in correctly.

My userID is available into the file.

Do you have a same value in GROUP field in your table Calls and your sectionaccess file ? Or * value ?

Your user is in the section access list? For scheduled task remember to insert INTERNAL\SA_SCEHDULER row
