Average Count

I'm trying to figure out an expression that will take the average count.  I tried Avg(Count(FTE)) but it tells me there is no data to display.

Try this

Avg(Aggr(Count(FTE),Dimensions1)

You are counting FTE over which dimension here? Is this in a chart or text box object?
