Hovering the mouse over the information icon ("i") in the QMC > Apps tab with Error in the Status column displays the message No Worker Scheduler found.
A review of the System_Scheduler log returns the below messages and errors:
Slave-node <FQDN of worker node> cannot run task Manually triggered reload of <app name>. Message: No ServerNodeConfigurations found in load balancing rules for App (name/id) <app name>/<app ID>
Could not reserve an executor for task: No node found for task(name/id) Manually triggered reload of <app name>/<app ID>
Another situation that this message can appear in, is when the scheduler worker rim nodes doesn't have correct certificates, and the central node scheduler is used only as Manager. (The rim nodes doesn't necessarily give any error messages in QMC, they look like they are ready for taking on reload jobs but it results in the mentioned error message.)
