When pressing Apply License in the QlikView Publisher License menu of the QlikView Management Console, the Alert Email to System Administrator setting is lost.
This setting is cleared after going to the QlikView Publisher license overivew (a - c) and clicking Apply License (d).
Resolution
This is working as designed.
The Alert Email to System Administrator will need to be reset after using the Apply License button.
