After installing the DB2 z/OS driver, on initial attempt to connect this error occurred:
SYS-E-HTTPFAIL, Cannot connect to DB2 zOS Server.
SYS,GENERAL_EXCEPTION,Cannot connect to DB2 zOS Server,RetCode: SQL_ERROR SqlState: IM002 NativeError: 0 Message: [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified

Resolution
Upon checking the Windows ODBC Data Source Administrator, no IBM drivers were found. Also found health of the driver to be in a critical state.
The issue was resolved by reinstalling the driver.
