This is a guide to get you started working with Qlik Compose.
Overview of Compose
Qlik Compose provides an all-in-one purpose-built automation solution for creating an agile data warehouse and/or ingesting data from multiple sources to your data lake for further downstream processing. To this end, Qlik Compose offers two project types: Data Warehouse and Data Lake.
Data Warehouse Architecture: Qlik Compose data warehouse projects allows you to automate these traditionally manual, repetitive data warehouse tasks: design, development, testing, deployment, operations, impact analysis, and change management.
Data Lake Architecture: Data lake projects allow you to automate your data pipelines and create analytics-ready data sets.
Product Lifecycle Notes
Qlik Compose now supports Compose for Data Warehouse and Compose for Data Lakes. These two products were combined in February 2021.
Qlik Compose for Data Lakes 6.6 will reach the end of support on December 31, 2022
