Resolution
The system account does not have correct permissions for the directory that contain the installation files.
You must allow the system account full control of the folder that contains the setup files.
- Start Windows Explorer and browse to the folder containing the installation files.
- Right-click the folder and select Properties.
- Click the Security tab.
- If the system account is not listed, click Add, type system, and click OK.
- Select the system account, and for Full Control, select Allow, then click OK.
