Random GHighThroughputApiError error when reloading data from Google BigQuery

Data reloads from Google BigQuery via Qlik Google BigQuery connector (from the ODBC connector package) might fail randomly with the following error message in Qlik Cloud or on premise:

(Connector error: ERROR [HY000] [Qlik][DSI] An error occurred while attempting to retrieve the error message for key 'GHighThroughputApiError' with message parameters ['Error: { code: INTERNAL, message: Received ... with error code 2 }'] and component ID 100: Message not found in file "/opt/qlik/gbq/ErrorMessages/en-US/SimbaBigQueryODBCMessages.xml")
