Reloads Analyzer fails with error:

Connector error: HTTP protocol error 500 (Internal Server Error)

Followed by:

{"error":"Database query failed.","errors":[{"code":"AUDITS-4","detail":"Database query failed.","title":"Internal server error."}]})

Resolution

Set vu_initial_days_back to 1 and verify the outcome, then increase to 7 and so on until finding a larger value where the reload still completes successfully.

Cause

There is a limitation of amount of API calls for Audits API, reducing the amount of days will reduce the amount of calls.

For further error reporting or other inquiries about the Reload Analyzer, use the GitHub Issues section.

Our Reload Analyzer dashboard last reloaded date is 07-November-2023;We did not reload since then. If we are running today 08-March-2024, it is failing with same error shown in your article. So as per article, we changed the variable value to 7 days, interestingly we are able to see only the data of last 7 days of March 2024 and no trace of earlier reloaded data till 07-November-2023. If we change variable value to 15 days, it is showing only last 15 days since 08-March-2024 and we change it to 30 or above 30 days, it is throwing the same error shown in this article.

Our goal is to have last one year data in the dashboard.

Hello @sanrout

This issue indicates that you are reaching the limit of calls you can make against this specific API. To overcome this, the data you can retrieve has to be limited as you have already done.

If you have any further questions regarding this or feedback, please post any follow-up questions in the Issues section on the Reload Analyzer GitHub page.

All the best,
Sonja
