The QlikView AccessPoint reports an error to end users:

Session Lost

The error is intermittent.

Reviewing the QlikView Server Event logs shows the following error:

PGO: QLoad failed. Failed to load latest data from file: \\"path"\TicketData.pgo

Resolution

The TicketData.pgo file is likely unreadable or corrupted. To resolve the issue, we will rename/delete the file. No data is lost.

  1. Stop the QlikView Server service(s)
  2. In a Windows file browser, locate the TicketData.pgo file (see How to backup PGO files for file locations
  3. Rename the TicketData.pgo file
  4. Restart the QlikView Server service(s)
