A task is listed with the status Reset. If this task was meant to trigger a chain of reloads, those have not triggered, indicating that it has not completed successfully.

The status Reset is caused by the QlikSense Services becoming unavailable during the execution of the task. 

 

Environment:

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 



Example situation:

  • A task is scheduled to run at an interval and takes 3 hours to complete.
  • It starts at 22:00
  • The QlikSense services are scheduled to stop for a system backup at 24:00
  • This leads to the task to be interrupted, and the Scheduler to return the status Reset once the Management Console becomes available again
  • It will be triggered again at the next trigger.
