Timestamp on task log file generated with local server time, not UTC time

QlikView document logs and task logs are logging with a different time stamp. 

The task log continues to log at local server time.
The document / reload log is logging using the UTC timestamp (see QlikView document timestamps and filenames are in UTC only).

Environment:

QlikView Server, 12.30 and 12.40

Resolution:

From April 2020 (12.50) Behavior is changed and logs are all recorded in the Server time not UTC
