Used Analyzer Capacity difference between "Top Analyzer Capacity Users" and "Unified License Consumption by App" in the License Monitoring App

In case you are using the License Monitoring App in order to track the used analyzer capacity minutes you might notice different capacity consumption values between the charts "Unified License Consumption by App" and "Top Analyzer Capacity Users".

As for example shown in the screenshot below in the chart "Top Analyzer Capacity Users" user5 has consumed 162 analyzer capacity minutes however if you look at the consumption minutes by app you can only see 156 minutes: 

The reason for that might be that user5 is a developer who was entering the Qlik dev-hub.  But the dev-hub connection is not associated with a specific app, therefore it does not bring any app/stream attributes in order to list in the license monitoring app. This behavior is working as designed.

You can easily make the "correct" consumption number visible the chart "Unified License Consumption by App" by including NULL values as seen below:
