What does Orphans folder in Source Documents mean?

There is a sub-folder in Source Document section called Orphans:

The purpose of this <Orphans> folder is allowing administrators to clean the tasks after the related documents are removed.

In short, it means the Management Console could not find the source document belonging to the reload task.
