Error DAA-016 and error request count

Hello,

I have sometimes this error in Qlik Answer (generally, when the chart agent takes the lead).

Qlik Answer : A temporary processing issue occurred. Please try again in a moment. Reason: (Error DAA-016)

Ok, if I retry, it works, but I notice that error request count in the administration home page.

We should not pay if Qlik is not answer to our request.

It's giving try again means it's not issue from data side .

May be 

it’s a processing-layer issue.

You can raise a qlik support ticket
