Can't connect to Alation Catalog from QAA

I am trying to setup a connection from Qlik Application Automations to our Alation Catalog from Qlik Cloud but so far i have been unsuccesful.  When i try to create the connection I keep getting the error "Exception: failed to receive a valid access token".  I setup the Virtual BI Server in Alation and my credentials work correctly. My instance name is entered as just mycompany name which also matches my Alation link.  

How do i resolve this?

We are already aware of the connection issue related to the Alation Cloud Catalog connector.

We are working on identifying the root cause and resolving the connection issue.

I will get back to you as soon as we have any updates.
