Need to restore Qlik View Bookmark

The issue is that users can't see the old bookmarks in the reports. I have bookmarks in Profitability and ibase qlik1 and cant see those but different id like nilesh.jadav@g.com and nilesh.jadav@m.com but username is same how to resolve this issue

Please help me with this.

@Nilesh97  Ensure that both user IDs (nilesh.jadav@g.com and nilesh.jadav@m.com) have the necessary permissions to view the old bookmarks in the reports. Sometimes access issues arise due to permission settings.
