Possible to create and mantain updated a Sharepoint List from Qlik qvd data?

Per the subject, I want to have a live Sharepoint list that feeds its column info from data extracted from Qlik. Is it possible?

I need not only creating the list, but that it also remains updated with any info that is changed in the qvd data.

Sounds like a question for a Sharepoint community. Since Qlik can save the data as other formats, such as CSV, the issue should be what Sharepoint can do.

I've been having some success storing a CSV to sharepoint and using this as a power automate trigger to update sharepoint lists, as this is the only workaround I've found so far.
