Problems connecting to teams via application automation

Hi,

I have used the application automation to send reports to Teams/Sharepoint and this worked great. But since yeasterday the connection has stop working. When i try to set upp the connection again i just get the error that im not unauthorized to create the connection. I am full tenant admin on our saas platform of qlik and we have not done any changes to my access.  

Have there been any updates on how these connections are created any new rules that have to be applied from console? 
What do i have to do to be able set up the connection to teams without getting this error?
