Responsive Display of Qlik Sense App

Hi everyone, 

I'm new to Qlik Sense Business Saas, and we are trying to embed Qlik sheet on our (internal) website. 

As I learn that the responsive design of Qlik Sense is automatically. But as we test to adjust the size of the browser window, it is only adjust the size of the chart, but not the layout. 

I mean that if the window shrink, I hope the the charts will get in one collumn, but I only see the smaller charts and still 2 collumns (as in the original Qlik sheet). 

And also I try to access the website via Safari on my mobile phone (iPhone 7), I cannot see any display, the page keep reloading endlessly. 

Can anyone help me with this issue? Sorry, I'm not really the technical guy so please help to guide me by simple words. Many thanks!

Hello, as Qlik Support agent suggest:

"This might be a matter of how the embedding is done[...] it is a design matter, not a product one."

But I also face the same problem on the Qlik Cloud Web. For ex. when I shrink the window, the charts do not come in 1 column, but just get smaller.
