null Installtion date need to see in transaction

requirement 

in first filter i have selected installation Date second i have selected Transaction Date

accordingly, in below left side table above 500 amt Traction we are showing and right side below 500 amt Transaction showing second column now in section table i want below 500 Tracation record iunable to get it 

second table condition 

if(
Sum(Approved_Txn_Amt) <500,
Sum(Approved_Txn_Amt),0)
