Hello,
We are trying to setup DataTransfer in order to upload our applications from on-prem Enterprise to Qlik Cloud, however we are getting an "Unable to connect to the tenant" message. The DataTransfer application was installed on the same machine as the main Qlik Sense node and it isn't behind any proxy. Is there any other reason why this might be happening? Thanks in advance.

As an update, here it follows the message I found at the log file. Seems to be some SSL issue, did anyone have this problem before?
Error: Unable to contact Users Service. Underlying Error: write EPROTO 7692:error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure:c:\ws\deps\openssl\openssl\ssl\record\rec_layer_s3.c:1544:SSL alert number 40
