Error when trying to access script

I'm getting an error in our Qlik SaaS tenant where I cannot access scripts. I have all the rights/permissions required to access the script, and other users can open the same script.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a cause and solution?

Error code: RangeError: Incorrect locale information provided

Hi @JoshR

please check this article, it may or may not help on your issue.

it the scripts works on the other user, then it may be something that on your computer. The above article is about Qlik Sense server version but you can refers to the part of Windows configuration.

I hope this helps.

Hi @JoshR can I confirm you can't open script editor even it's a new created app by yourself? Does the error happen on the specific app?

Hi Jack,

It is only some scripts that I get this error on. I can access a duplicate of the script that I've created in the same space.

Cheers,

Josh
