How to update name display for user in qlik saas

Hello everyone,

A qlikcloud user left the company and was replaced, it is required to use the same email but logically change the displayed name. Need to know how to update that name in qlik cloud? No IDP is used.

The First Name and Last Name fields are tied to your Qlik ID account cannot be edited within the community. To update the First Name or Last Name on your Qlik ID account, contact Qlik Support through our Chat, by clicking Contact Support on any Support Page across Qlik Community.
