I am not able to generate an API key

Hello I am using a student account, Im the tenant and I have all privileges. Even that I have already consent the generation of API Keys and also I have given me the role of developer.  

When I try to generate an API key it throws me a message saying that the content im trying to acces is restricted or not accesible.

I have created a tenant from a student account:

tenant name: vy2ugvxhpt36vxr, user id:664f10da7418d0a49f2df850 and my license is: 0003549245798775(Qlik Sense Business Trial). 

Im trying to generate an API key following all the steps posted in the community forum:

1// All permissions and roles given to the user:

3// And when I press to generate a new key from the API menu:

It thows me to this landing page :

Im getting mad please help me
