Is Qlik SaaS Engine API available through .NET SDK?

Is Qlik SaaS Engine API available through .NET SDK or is it on prem only? If so, are there any examples of communicating with it?

I found some here - https://github.com/AptkQlik/PublicExamples but they are mostly using some local adresses which are probable on prem installations.
