Qlik Data Gateway - multiple failures

We have been experiencing a lot of reload failures with the following error

requested endpoint could not be provisioned due to failure to acquire a load slot

This is happening across multiple applications, multiple data sources, and multiple data gateways. All four of our data gateways are the latest version (1.6.3).  After the scheduled reload fails, the app can usually be reloaded manually from the data load editor. The gateways all say connected and are testing fine.

This started happening with the past two days.

Where can i look for further information about what is causing this problem?

@KenReitmeyer Thanks a lot for posting this issue! We are another customer facing the same issue since 13th Feb around 10:00h CET. Data Gateway is up and running on the latest software version (1.6.3). Qlik Cloud is showing multiple DirectAccess-1500 errors.

@Albert_Candelario Are there any updates? Issue still not solved.

Cheers, Philipp

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out.

This seems a different error from the one discussed originally. I saw you already have an open case with us, let's continue to investigate over that case.

Cheers,

Albert
