Qlik DataTransfer. Unable to connect to the tenant.

Hi, i've been trying to set up Qlik DataTransfer in my testing plattform.

But, after hours of trying, i keep getting the "Unable to connect to the tenant." error and cannot continue.

Working on a Windows 10 x64. I've reviewed the following settings without success:

· Certificate Stores. All ok.

· SSL Ciphers. Configured in gpedit.

· SET NODE_TLS_REJECT_UNAUTHORIZED=0

· Proxy configuration (no proxy).

· Windows Firewall... Disabled.

· API Key. Ok, with Proffessional Licence and valid.

· Tenant conectivity. Ok.

In the logs, I keep getting:

29 20220830T112705.103-0300 localhost 9.1.0 Global ERROR Error: Unauthorized
30 20220830T112705.104-0300 localhost 9.1.0 Global ERROR Error: Unauthorized

time and time again.

I need help please.

Sorry for the late reply. I was not available.

In the end, I resolved this case.

The thing is that I had changed the tenant name for my cloud account. And was trying to use that changed tenant name to connect. But, even if you change the tenant name, for DataTransfer to work, you MUST use then given tenant name for the account, and not your own.

To get that tenant name, in the cloud account. Click on the top right icon (with your initials) called "User Profile Menu". In that menu, select "About".

There, you'll find a field called "Tenant Hostname".

That's the hostname you should use to DataTransfer to connect.

Thanks all for the replies.

Regards.

Also, I would recommend using the latest version August 2022 which was released today and addresses many issues which are reported by customers for the previous releases.

What is the version you are using?
