Today, I went to "upload" a spreadsheet to a Data space in SaaS, and I realized that it is no longer possible.
In which I can only upload to my personal or shared space.
Has anyone been through this situation?

It was a conscious decision from our Product management and R&D team to limit the use of Data space from the Data Analytics Hub. Data space is for landing assets and is part of the Qlik Data Integration module. It was enforced over the last weekend.

Going forward, I would recommend uploading the data to shared/personal space. Also if you have any apps pointing to this space, kindly redirect them to the new space you upload the data.
