Redirect URL Whitelist missing from REST connection options in Qlik Cloud

I’m integrating TikTok data into Qlik using a standard REST connection.

The problem is that Qlik Cloud does not allow redirects, which the TikTok API requires.

In the On-Premise/Enterprise edition of Qlik you can manually add URL:s to a redirect whitelist when configuring the connection.

In Qlik Cloud no such option is available. Even though the documentation states it should be possible: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/REST_Connector_help/Content/Connectors_REST/Cr...

So how do I add URL:s to the redirect whitelist in Qlik Cloud?

Hello @ASommarstrom,

For security reasons this is not supported in Qlik Cloud and there are no plans to support it in the future.

In Qlik Cloud, the option in the REST Connector dialog to add URLs has been removed as it is misleading to show options that don't work.

We will notify you that the documentation in the Qlik Cloud is out of date, and needs to be updated, as soon as possible.
