"Input string not in correct format error" while generating ETL

Getting error "Input string not in correct format error" while generating ETL in Compose data warehouse. We verified all the mappings, lookups. No issues there. We built this project in Attunity version 7.0.0.253 ,deployed in versions 6.5.0.18 and 2021.2.0.174.

Only in 2021.2.0.174 this version we are getting this error.

I get this same error during generating ETLSets for the DM. Validate/ Create tables all work with no issues.
