Compose full provisioning snapshot workflows issue
We have an issue with Run the Full Load Provisioning Snapshot Workflows.
Error Message:
pool-3-thread-1 2025-11-20 21:57:07.497 [spark ] [INFO ] [] Loading from 's3://al-eu-qlik-compose-s4-891748396095-eu-west-1//SapS4EUopa_udp/states/storage/task=3212' failed - location does not exist
Steps Performed:
Disable Schedule Workflows
Drop and Recreate all tables
Create instructions for Storage Full Load and Storage Change Processing Tasks
Executed, on by one, every Storage Full Load tasks
Started one Storage Change Processing Task
We had successfully dropped and recreated all tables. And the storage change processing task should update the metadata by itself.
We believe that the issue is not related to the storage tasks themselves but to an internal incremental state that Qlik Compose keeps in its repository database. Even after recreating the tasks with new names the system continues referencing an old internal state which prevents new Spark Change Processing tasks from creating the corresponding folders in S3. This behaviour is known in older Qlik Compose versions and requires resetting the incremental state directly in the Compose repository database.
