Joining tables

If      ESTABLISHMENT_CODE & ' | ' &TRF_ID AS TRF_EST      is not there in first table bring it from second  table. I attach the script I used for this but it give me first table and second table separately.

Your script does not look wrong. 

Could you also share the logs from the reload?
