Oracle Source Fetch Size

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the fetch size for a full load?  I read somewhere that the default is 5000 and my DBA is recommending that it be increased to 200k.

If yes, in Full Load Setting, please try increasing "Commit rate during full load".
