Unable to deploy Compose package on another server

Hi,

I'm trying to import a deployment package from an development server to a production server.

• The deployment fails with the generic message: SYS,GENERAL_EXCEPTION,Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
• The Compose on both servers is 2022.5.0.140.
• Within Compose I have Designer Permissions.
• I am able to deploy the package to another project on the development server.

Any ideas?

@RoelT The error you are seeing can happen for many reasons including a corrupted repository. Could you check to see if the ' Create DDL scripts only' option is enabled in the project settings on PROD ? If it's enabled please disable this and retry the deployment again.

If the above doesn't address the issue,I think it's better to open a Support case and the team should be able to find the root cause and fix it.

Hi Nanda,

The issue has been resolved. I used the CLI to export and import the project. That worked. After that I could also deploy a deployment package again. Also, I received the latest patch 2022.5.0.958, which should solve this problem.
