After patching the tags are unassigned and unable to assign tags

we did a patching for QEM server, and we notice that the tags are removed and for few particular tasks, we are not able to assign new tags too...

As a first step, please try clearing browser cookies and cache.

Hello Team,

 

Thanks for reaching out to Qlik via Qlik Community Support page. Check below command 

Export Tag definitions:

aemctl repository export -r <rtdata.sqlite location> -w -f <export json file location>

if you see Tags info in the Json then they are there. if not then you need to engage Support where you have info about previous version where tag are working and post upgarde not working to identify the issue .

Please note that the command mentioned above is not documented in the user guide. The command may not be officially supported.
