It looks like "section access" issue.. Make sure, the values are in upper case and correctly mentioned.

I don't know what you mean by "section access" problem.

Based on the screenshot, it looks like, you have section access in ur qlikview app. Might be, you've missed out the QlikAdmin user to run the reload the app.
