Unable to send an emails through distribution service

Hi Sir,

This is Haumantha Rao from Sathguru software products, Hyderabad. We have both licenses for Qlikview server as well as distribution service.

Everyday auto generated mails and attached with PDF reports will be sending to respective users as per scheduler.  we have received mails  till 20 may'21 after that no mails received.  We have verified the logs, showing errors as 'The document failed to open, Bad user name and password'. 

we couldn't understand why it was happened suddenly. Last five years we haven't get any issue.I have attached log file for your information.

Please look into this issue as early as possible.
