Hi Michel,

This means that data type GOLD CLIENT ALL CONFIGURATION does not exist or if it does exist, there are no tables in the data type.  In order to be able to use the Gold Client Configuration utility, this data type needs to be defined and tables must be populated in this table.

Please complete the following in the system you are trying to upload the configuration file to:

  1. Go to /n/HTG/ZGOLD --> Configuration --> Client Construct
  2. Verify that data type GOLD CLIENT ALL CONFIGURATION does not exist (if it does exist continue with step #7)
  3. Select the 'Change' button
  4. Select 'New Entries'
  5. Enter (exactly as written): GOLD CLIENT ALL CONFIGURATION
  6. Select 'Save'
  7. Highlight the data type and double-click 'Master Data Tables'
  8. If needed, select the 'Change' button, otherwise select 'New Entries'
  9. Enter these two tables: /HTG/ZTABLEMAP and /HTG/ZTABLEMAP_H
  10. Once both tables have been entered, select 'Save'

After these two tables have been entered, you can proceed with using the  Configuration Download/Upload (JSON) utility.  Keep in mind you are only entering the first two tables, so you will need to upload your Configuration file twice in order to fully populate the configuration.

Thanks,

Lindsey
