Using Gold Client with HANA Enterprise Cloud(HEC)
Hi,Team
My Customer is interested in Gold Client.
Their SAP S/4 HANA environment is SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud(HEC).
Does Gold Client support HEC environment?

Hi, Tony-san
Thank you for your comment.
I've checked Qlik Gold Client videos.
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/gold-client/Content/GoldClient/Home.htm
There is a description about System Architecture around 6:11 of the video.
it says...
-----------
A shared directory must be defined to store all files created by Gold Client
- This work is typically performed by the organization's Basis team
- Ideally, this directory is mounted across all system servers so that it is accessible from Prod,QA,DEV,etc
-----------
I know we can import transports to the HEC environment.
But, I don't know we can define shared directory with the HEC environment.
Are you saying "we can do it" ,OK?
Best Regards,

Hi Miyachi-san,
Per my understanding, it should be agreed between the customer and SAP Cloud admin. I knew some customers had this done. Hope those information will help
