By default, Qlik NPrinting keeps the task execution logs for 30 days, after which they will be deleted.

You can extend the time they are kept.

  1. Open a Windows File browser
  2. Browse to C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\NPrinting\Scheduler\
  3. Locate the scheduler.config and open it with a text editor in administrator mode
  4. Add the following parameter in the appSettings section or update it:
    <!-- Days that an execution must be kept in database, including logs. Default is 30 days -->
    <add key="executions-dtk" value="30" />
  5. Restart the Qlik NPrinting Scheduler Windows service.
