Apply Latency is at Peak

I have a task running in Qlik. There are no incoming changes, and the table is already in sync. But the Apply latency is indicating more than 90hrs now. It's on the target end (based on the Apply Latency Details graph). I don't find any reason for this in the Logs file also.

What could be the potential reason for this and how to resolve this?

Hello @SaravananM ,

As per the monitoring graph, the task is currently showing target latency, however we are not observing any throughput or incoming changes from the source.

To further investigate the potential bottleneck, could you please enable the following logging parameters for approximately 15–20 minutes?

  • Source Capture: Trace

  • Target Apply: Trace

  • Performance: Trace

  • Sorter: Trace

Once enabled, please share the task logs for analysis.

Additionally, if possible, kindly create a support case so that we can collaborate more closely and work together toward a resolution.

Regards,
Sachin B
