Assigned tags are being removed or untagged

We have Assigned tags for multiple tasks  in QEM but the tags are being vanished. The count of task Tagged under a tag becomes 0 after sometime.

what version of QEM are using, exact version,

latest QEM is 2022.5 sp2 ,, you can open support case to ask for download.

we can check the QEM to see if you have tag:

Please send us QEM configuration.

e.g. for the command:

c:\Program Files\Attunity\Enterprise Manager\bin>aemctl.exe repository export -r "C:\Program Files\Attunity\Enterprise Manager\data\cfgrepo.sqlite" -w -f "c:\temp\aem.json"

when you get the aem.json, try to open with notepad++ and search for TagDefDTO

you can also run:

aemctl.exe repository export -r "d:\Program Files\Attunity\Enterprise Manager\data\rtdata.sqlite" -w -f "c:\temp\rtdatax.json"

and then check the rtdatax.json for tag

We also had similar issue , case # 00041013 . No root cause found.  Is this a bug in QEM ?

i checked on your case # 00041013  ,  since we could not reprod the issue and provide a script to backup the tag.
