Automate updating task permissions in Qlik Enterprise manager

We can do the task permissions using the QEM GUI. Is there a way to automate updating the task permissions via QEM?

 We would like to update all the replicate tasks in a server to retain access to admin only in case of emergency maintenance so that users with operator or designer permission cannot resume the tasks.

Hi @arun-qlik ,

According to the user guide, Designers and Operators have the right to perform runtime operations. If you want to prevent running tasks during emergency maintenance, you need to set their roles to Viewer or None.

I recommend creating a group for all users with the same permissions, such as Designer. When you need to revoke their operation rights, you can simply set the group to Viewer o None.
