Enterprise Manager Download Link Broken

HI I am trying to download the latest Enterprise Manager Version but the download link seems to not be working.

When you select the link above it does not work and gives you the below error. This happens with the IR an SR links

The connection was reset.

A few strings of Ukrainian translation of the installer were compromised. Perhaps way more than just a hate speech, way more insulting to everyone. Obvious sabotage.
