How to enable key pairs to connect to Snowflake target endpoint?

We are using Qlik replicate to load data into Snowflake target endpoint using a service account. However Snowflake is implementing a key pair for all service accounts that are not using MFA.

How can I enable key pairs from Qlik end please?

You can select "Key Pair" from the SnowFlake endpoint. Please find the User Guide for details.
